How do I begin my fitness program?

I recommend you begin with a free consultation!  I can show you my workout facility, and we can discuss your fitness goals and how they might best be attained.  I will explain my overall approach and how it will help you attain your goals.

What is the cost of your program?

The base cost is $45/session, with each session lasting approximately 40-50 minutes.  Discounts are offered for multiple sessions per week.  There is no long term commitment required or contract to sign.   However, with your commitment and willingness to follow a structured fitness program, you will be well on your way to accomplishing your fitness goals.

If I decide to pursue a training program, what is the next step?

We start with a few baseline assessments: your blood pressure, body measurements, posture, weight and cardiovascular fitness.  Afterwards, we will work through a complete routine that has been designed with your goals in mind.

Thereafter, we will meet regularly and perform your routines in a closely supervised fashion, tailoring exercises to keep you challenged and always moving toward your fitness goals.

How many sessions do I need?

This depends on your long-term fitness goals.  Most people choose at least 2 weekly sessions with me, and then supplement that with activity on their days off.  We can discuss any combination of sessions depending on your personal goals.
