I am a “Certified Personal Trainer”, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I have been interested in fitness for years, and like many people, have struggled with what was the best workout plan for me. I’ve tried running, strength workouts, various cardio machines…you name it…I have tried it! The bottom line to just doing anything is, it is easy to over-train, or under-train, or hurt yourself and not accomplish your goals if you do not have a balanced approach to fitness.
My training certification is backed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). The training program I offer is a comprehensive approach that focuses on flexibility, core stability, balance, power, strength and cardiorespiratory endurance. It’s all about training your body to be more efficient through an integrated, whole-body fitness approach.
